This is a Noblet wood alto clarinet #5656. It will need new pads and corks and it will need to be polished and adjusted. It is not playable as it is. It has a crack in the upper joint that was pinned sometime in the past. Otherwise, it is in good structural condition. It comes with a case and mouthpiece. one of the latches on the case is broken.
