This is a Bundy Flute #341464. It is nickel plated with several spots where the plating is worn and it is very tarnished. It will need new pads, new corks, cleaning, etc. before it can be playable. The case is dirty, but in functional condition with some writing on the exterior.

It is repairable, but it will take a lot of work to get it playable.
