This is a vintage Buescher alto sax #106491. It is missing a lot of key corks and the pads are old and should be replaced. It does not work as it is. It only has a few small dents. The lacquer is worn in a few spots, but it is in good condition for its age. It comes with a case that is in fair, but functional condition. There is no mouthpiece.
